Un des résultats du projet européen de recherche GRANULAR est de fournir aux territoires ruraux de nouveaux jeux de données et outils d'observation pour éclairer la décision publique. Cette activité se structure autour de 3 "chantiers", dont le premier est de répondre à la question : "Quels sont les flux de mobilités, tout au long de l'année ?".
